PROJECT MANAGERS
Manage projects through lifecycle, including design management, preconstruction,
construction execution, and closeout phases. Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor,
materials, equipment, and subcontractors using industry-standard estimation tools.
Maintain pricing databases for accurate budgeting and bid development. Handle RFIs,
submittals, schedules, safety compliance, change orders, and coordination with clients and
subcontractors. Project deliveries will include Lump Sum and JOC (Job Order Contracts)
for ground ups, renovations and rehabilitations. Projects may include Architectural &
historic restoration projects, environmental related projects including various works @
DEP wastewater facilities, institutional buildings, high end residential and other
commercial developments projects/buildings. Oversee multiple public & private works
projects from mobilization through closeout, manage logistics, material procurement, labor
coordination, junior staff training and field execution to ensure safety, on-time delivery and
a quality project within a set budget. Conduct impact, cost benefit, and risk analysis.
Master’s degree in Construction Management, Technology, or Engineering (any) is
required. Work location: Woodbridge, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout
the U.S.
